The facility maintains a comprehensive inventory of over 2,000 SKUs, from sashimi-grade fish and A5 wagyu to specialty pantry items, sake, and professional kitchen equipment.
The Greater Toronto Area's sheer scale, with over 600 Japanese restaurants and countless more establishments incorporating Japanese ingredients, requires a distribution operation of matching ambition. Our fleet of 10 refrigerated trucks makes over 80 deliveries daily across the GTA, with extended routes serving Hamilton, Niagara, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, and Ottawa.
