Since then, we’ve grown into a trusted international supplier of premium sushi and sashimi-grade seafood and Asian specialty products — with over 30 independent locations worldwide, including a strong and growing presence here in Canada.

Serving over 1,000 restaurants, grocers, and culinary professionals nationwide, we offer an extensive range of products: from fresh and frozen seafood to gourmet meats, specialty pantry items, fresh produce, and essential kitchenware. Our Toyosu Express service flies in the freshest fish directly from Japan’s renowned Toyosu Fish Market, delivering unmatched quality and authenticity to your kitchen.

For more than a decade, founder Gari Sugio has operated a restaurant that is innovative in both flavor and presentation, serving more than 130 varieties of sushi. Sushi of Gari 46 focuses on the “Signature Omakase” sushi dinner, which highlights carefully marinated and seasoned raw and lightly cooked ingredients, alongside a menu of classic Japanese dishes.
